The goal of Untangled Tail is to eliminate the stress for the owner, the pet and the groomer during the grooming process.  We strive to exchange as much information as possible so everyone is informed as to what is included in the grooming process.  As well to know what results you are expecting.  In addition, we are trying our best to keep maintenance and well being of your pet as affordable as possible.  We do ask for assistance with this from our clients, by keeping appointments.  With everyone doing their part we can achieve quality grooming, with premium products all in a stress free and timely manner.
